Serve on our Budget Committee!

Do you have one or two days in May to help review Benton SWCD’s proposed budget? Are you a registered voter in Benton County? If so, join our 14-member Budget Committee!

The Benton SWCD Budget Committee meets once a year to review the proposed budget, consider public comment, and approve the budget for the next fiscal year. Budget Committee members work with BSWCD Board Directors to discuss and revise the budget as needed. We currently have two seats open.

This year’s date for the Budget Meeting is set for May 8th. A second meeting on May 15th may be necessary, but isn’t likely.

As a Public Service entity, it’s important that Benton SWCD receives feedback from community members like you. Join us to help shape our financial path forward.
